Short description: Collectible gemstone sphere made of microcline pegmatite. This variety of pegmatite is called Written Granite or Jewish Stone.
Written Granite is one of the most decorative varieties of pegmatite granite, in which feldspar and quartz, growing into each other in an orderly manner, form an intermittent pattern visible on a chip or polished surface, reminiscent of cuneiform or other writing.
